About 400' from the ocean, in the super luxurious Ocean Hammock Club, Sea Lake House is 30 minutes from St. Augustine and 30 minutes from Daytona. The owners call it their house of light and it truly is. Windows open to the lake and the ocean in almost every room. Beautifully furnished, and with every amenity, you'll feel at home here. A lovely stereo and TV with surround sound in the living room, which opens right to the dining room, kitchen and out to the porch. The first floor also has a fourth bedroom, a half bath, a laundry room, a most beautiful foyer and a garage. Upstairs, you'll enjoy sweeping views of the lake and the ocean from the interior and exterior balconies. Three bedrooms and two baths are up on this level. It's a nice, open floor plan - allowing everyone their privacy. Back on the ground, the beach is just a short walk down a beautifully prepared path, then across the boardwalk - maybe a five minute walk all together. The beach is never crowded and always beautiful. We just love this beautiful new house! Sea Lake House is on a pretty lake, just 400' from the ocean in Ocean Hammock, the very ooh-la-la community north of Palm Coast. Gated, and very posh, Ocean Hammock boasts the Ocean Hammock Club where you can swim in eight pools, work out in the gym and feel as though you are living the dream!

• Tax & Housekeeping:  All state and county taxes are included in our rates. Limited housekeeping is also included, and requires that you leave your home neat. Full exit cleaning or daily housekeeping is available by arrangement. Please check with the office.

• Deposits:  50% to reserve, balance 30 days before arrival. Security deposit: $700 REFUNDABLE CASH payment in addition to rental fee. Clean House = Full Refund!

• Payment Policies:  Pets are welcome in all of our properties. Pet fees are $125 + tax, per pet. WEDDINGS are welcome too at some homes; additional fees and agreements are appropriate, please call our office for assistance. All major credit cards & checks are accepted.

• Cancellations:  Should your plans change after your deposit or full payment has been made, we will happily reschedule your stay for a mutually convenient time. Please ask for a copy of the rental agreement for a full explanation. We recommend travel insurance from AIG or another reputable source if you feel there's a chance you may have to cancel.

• Arrival/Departure: Check-in at 4:00 P.M. - time to chill the wine and enjoy the beach! Check-out at 11:00 A.M. to make room for our next guests! These times are firm. Late departures will cause an additional day to be charged to your account.

• Holiday Rates:  A 25% increase will occur at major holidays and event weeks. Our favorite holidays are Christmas, New Years' Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. Special events in our area include Rolex 24 Hours & Speed Weeks, Daytona 500 & Bike Week.
