Once you have completed the
credit card transaction your reservation will be
confirmed. We will email or fax your confirmation.
Your security deposit will be refunded after inventory
of our home ($100 of the pet deposit is non-refundable for pest
treatment). Upon satisfactory inventory of our home by our housekeeper,
we will refund your deposit. Should extraordinary cleaning time (> 8
hours) be necessary, or should damages occur, we will deduct these amounts from
your deposit before refund.
