Our homes are filled with our passion and love for family, the beach, the ocean, friends, entertaining and just ‘being’.  My goal is to understand your tastes and desires, and to deliver a unique and personal interior and exterior to you within your budget and within a specified time period. 

From renovating and decorating my own homes and those of our clients, to setting the stage for corporate events for 23 years, I revel in the joy and challenge of decorating beach homes.  Let me tell you how we work:

Does your home need a facelift?  Are most of the right pieces there, but you just can’t get it together?  Do you dream about what you WANT to do, but can’t FIND THE TIME to do it?  Let us help.  We will work with what you have, add touches, make small changes to create a stunning and wonderful difference in your home.  Sort of like “Queer Eyes for Straight Guys”, we call it “Girl Eyes for Busy Guys” at the Beach Cottages!  Carson Kressly is an old horse show friend of mine – what a hoot!  We take off on his idea; exchange the gay guys for a bunch of fun girls, the Suburban for Volvo Wagons and off we run to make your home a delight!

Are you on a budget?  Just bought a new place and need great colors?  Can’t find those fabulous fabrics?  Sick of shopping for furniture that you don’t like?  Can’t get anyone to hang your shutters, design your gardens?  We can!   

The Full Monty 

Do you live elsewhere and don’t have the time, but you do have the budget, to make your dreams come alive?  We’ll do a quick and fun personal style profile, so that we know what you want – Ralph Lauren or Tommy Bahama?  Pier One or Tuesday Morning?  We will come up with the plan, the pieces, the installation, all the touches and keep you apprised of the purchases, progress, and budget.  We’ll set you up with a frame on your desk at the office or home and update you daily with photos by email, on the progress at your beach house.  This is so wonderful! 

We’ll prepare, shop, and install colors, furnishings and amenities to fulfill your dreams and your home.  From wall coverings and window treatments, to crown moldings and columns, to bath and kitchen re-modeling, floorings, built-ins, DSL lines, entertainment rooms, pool and cabana, gardens – all the way to the towels and teaspoons, house stationary, house soaps – you’ll come back home to a home that is as well appointed as a Four Seasons Hotel.

This is Villa Villekula – In 13 days, we went from the plain photos on the left to the colorful photos on the right.  Martha on steroids!  We’re not sure we’d like to try this trick again, but honey, if you’ve got the money, we’ve got the time!
